Has anyone ever labeled a queer character alternative to the Bechdel Test, I.E.: In order to pass, the film or show must meet the following criteria:

It includes at least two queer characters,
who have at least one conversation,
about something other than identity, fucking, or some combination thereof,
and do not then fuck each other afterwards.

You should make the test! Though I don't see anything questionable about characters fucking afterwards?

(I've been raging about that Whittall piece for a couple weeks now. I thought it was terribly insulting, actually.)

It's more of an optional corollary, to be fair; I think it's needed because the limited number of queers means the likelihood the tokens end up having sex with each other.

(Hmm. I have a lot of thoughts about it, but I haven't really gotten to talk them out with anyone yet.)
